Terms and Conditions

All course fees Include light refreshment and course documentation. Lunch is provided for delegates attending full day courses unless stated otherwise.
Confirmation of delegate places and payment confirmation are sent by email within 48hrs of receipt by CPDforDCP Ltd In acknowledgement of all bookings.
Anyone not receiving email confirmation within 7 days should telephone to confirm they have been allocated a place. It is the responsibility of delegates or their employers to provide a valid email address for this purpose. Delegates booking a place using a shared email address are responsible for ensuring they collect their confirmation from these addresses. CpdforDcp Ltd are in no way obliged to resend confirmation to these addresses. Any requests to resend information previously sent will incur a £20 administration fee. Delegates or their employers who do not have an email address or choose to have their correspondence by post must send a stamped addressed envelope with their application for a place to ensure they receive confirmation and payment receipt by post.
Delegates are required to provide CpdforDcp Ltd with and out of hours contact number for courses that are run after 5pm or at the weekend. A mobile telephone number is best in case CPDforDCP Ltd needs to contact them at short notice.
Cancellations Must be made in writing and are subject to a cancellation fee expressed as a percentage of the fee paid. Cancellation fees are as follows 0% if over 10 weeks before the course date, 50% if 5 to 10 weeks before the course date or 100% if less than 5 weeks before the course date. Substitute delegates will be accepted. CPDforDCP Ltd shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
CPDforDCP Ltd reserve the right to change the venue and/or speaker(s) at any time and without prior notice. CpdforDCP Ltd accepts no liability if an event does not take place for reasons beyond our control. We also reserve the right to cancel the event at anytime, in which case delegates will be entitled to a full refund which may take up to 28 days to issue.
Cpdfordcp reserve the rightto Increase or decrease the cost of a study day.If the price of a place increases previously book places will not be charged the increase in cost. If the cost is dropped for a study day as part of a promotion.Previos booking are still valid and delegates are not entitled to any renumeration of the difference in cost.
All course fees to be paid prior to the event regardless of attendance. The delegate(s) and employer are jointly and severally liable for payment of all fees due. All bookings are subject to these conditions
